Managing Broker of NP Dodge 148th St Office
Managing Broker of the Washington County office.

Travis Svendgard is a lifelong resident of Blair, Nebraska and a graduate of Blair High School. Travis began his career in real estate with NP Dodge in 1999. In 2015 Travis moved into management as the Broker for the NP Dodge Washington County office and in 2021 became the Managing Broker of the NP Dodge office at 148th and Dodge in addition to the Washington County area. Travis enjoys working closely with his agents, mentoring and training and providing them with the skills it takes to be a succesful REALTOR.

Travis is married to Jaclyn Svendgard and they have 2 grown boys. Outside of Real Estate Travis enjoys traveling, golfing and attending sporting events as well as donating his time and energy to multipe charitable organazations and boards.
